Community Yoga Practices build stability and flexibility in body and mind while empowering people to face everyday stress and life challenges with resilience through yoga exercise, breath work, intention setting meditation and other self care techniques.

Low and no cost yoga practices are offered in community centers, schools, college campuses, art centers, churches, parks, small businesses and other community spaces throughout Indianapolis on a weekly and monthly basis.
