Meet Nina Leung

Nina has been practicing yoga since 2009. She is a Chicago native who lived in Indianapolis for four years, where she trained to be a yoga teacher alongside members of the Resilient Yoga team. She recently moved to Colorado, where she enjoys paddle boarding, hiking, and outdoor yoga. Her primary motivation for practicing yoga are the emotional benefits. On her mat, she practices listening to her body instead of her mind. This may mean a simple and slow practice or a strong and challenging one; she allows her breath to decide.

Nina brings a sense of play and curiosity to her classes, in addition to precise instruction on alignment. She loves helping people of all ages and body types -- beginner to advanced -- find out where they are today and patiently work from there.
