Community Yoga Practices build stability and flexibility in body and mind while empowering people to face everyday stress and life challenges with resilience through yoga exercise, breath work, intention setting meditation and other self-care techniques.
Low and no cost yoga practices are offered online, in community centers, schools, college campuses, art centers, churches, parks, small businesses and other community spaces throughout Indianapolis on a weekly and monthly basis

Yoga in the workplace allows employees to de-stress, recharge and take on daily challenges with resilience. Resilient yoga practices are available onsite or online.

Yoga for Caregivers addresses caregiver stress and the many other challenges caregivers face by providing space for community connection, education on mindfulness-based stress reduction and ongoing support through community yoga practices.
